Angelic Goldsky is an experienced, empathetic and kind workshop facilitator. Often referred to as a “natural energy shifter” - Angelic is able to teach truth expressions, poetry and radical presence based workshops with grace, humility, and openness. They have worked with kids, youth, adults, and older adults. Angelic currently works at Poetry In Voice as a poetry educator, as well as runs programs at the Roundhouse Community Arts Centre as the Poet in Residence. For the past year, after being awarded a Creative City Spark Grant, Angelic has been co-facilitating with Anjalica Solomon a group of youth in poetry, media-making, music-making and other forms of creation from a standpoint of healing justice, while also connecting the youth to opportunities in the city with final showcase, anthology, and EP projects.

Angelic has led creative healing and expressions workshops for through numerous organizations, including but not limited to: The Vancouver School Board, WordPlay, the Toronto Poetry Slam, the Windsor Poetry Slam, the Anvil Centre, Royal City Literary Arts Society, the City of New Westminster, Voices of Today, Campbell Bay Music Festival, the Richmond Public Library and Vancouver Art Gallery and the City of Richmond.

In 2021, Angelic began hosting their own private workshop series: Abundance in Poetry, for poets who are interested in being in an open space of using spoken word as incantation, as boundary-setting and dream manifestation work. Send an inquiry if you would like to be part of this series.
